1. Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! All new users get a 3-day Premium trial automatically on signup. No credit card required. After trial, you can subscribe or continue with the Free tier.
2. What happens when my trial ends?
You return to the Free tier. Your favorites and playlists created during the trial remain accessible in read-only mode. Subscribe to continue adding more!
3. How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe to Premium or Deluxe for monthly/yearly access. Recurring billing keeps your access active automatically. Cancel anytime from your account page.
4. How do donations work?
Donations grant temporary access based on amount: $10-$16.98 = 1 month Premium, $16.99-$99.98 = 1 month Deluxe, $99.99-$169.98 = 1 year Premium, $169.99+ = 1 year Deluxe. Great for trying features without recurring billing!
5. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime from your account page. Access continues until period end. All sales are final - no refunds.
6. What happens when my donation expires?
Return to Free tier. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before expiration. Make another donation or subscribe to continue access. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode.
7. Will I get reminder emails before my subscription expires?
For donation-based subscriptions: YES, you'll receive a reminder 7 days before expiration. For recurring subscriptions: NO, your subscription renews automatically so no reminder needed.
8. Can I upgrade/downgrade?
Yes! Change plans anytime. Billing is prorated automatically.
9. What's included in each plan?
Free: View all tabs, interactive rendering, basic settings. Premium ($9.99/mo): Unlimited favorites, browsing history, up to 5 playlists, priority support. Deluxe ($16.99/mo): All Premium features + unlimited playlists, custom themes, advanced tabs, cross-device sync, early access.
10. How do I manage my subscription?
Visit your account page to view subscription details, cancel, or change plans. For billing questions, contact LemonSqueezy support through your customer portal.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payment methods supported by LemonSqueezy. All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy.
12. Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your credit card information.
